Asanas (posture)

Bija Yoga is teaching the third step in the eight fold path of yoga, the physical yoga postures called Asanas. Yoga (physical) should not be complicated. When we vitalize the body by practicing yoga, we restore balance. Balance to the various systems within the body. The result is a healthy body and mind. This is science. Don't take my word for it. Test it and know through experience
