Private 1:1 Yoga Session – In Your Home or Chosen Location A private one-to-one yoga session is a fully personalized experience, designed around you, your body, and your needs. The session takes place in your home or at a location of your choice, creating a calm and familiar environment where you can fully relax and focus inward. Each session is tailored specifically for you and may include: Breathwork to calm the nervous system and improve energy, focus, and mental clarity Carefully adapted yoga postures to support strength, mobility, and balance Mindful movement and pauses to release tension and stress Meditation or guided relaxation, when appropriate This format allows for deep attention, clear guidance, and precise adjustments that are not possible in group classes. It is suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners, and anyone dealing with stress, tightness, low energy, or a desire to deepen their practice. Private sessions are ideal if you: Prefer personal guidance and full attention Want yoga adapted to your body, schedule, and goals Are recovering from stress, burnout, or physical challenges Wish to increase energy levels, improve concentration, and support clearer decision-making Want to explore breath, meditation, and yoga in a focused and safe way Sessions are offered in English or Norwegian and can be adapted in length and intensity. All necessary guidance is provided; you only need a quiet space and a yoga mat. This is yoga at your pace, in your space, with full presence and depth.
